Eisboch The last 10 years has certainly hardened the divisions and brought out opinions that weren't shared previously. The end of Clinton's era was a more gentle period. Having the country plunged into military and economic hell hasn't enticed the best from the population, of which rec.boats is a reflection. There used to be a lot of stinkpotters around, now it's more trailer trash and the boatless. The sour grapers from Nov 09 are certainly having their affect as well. |

Or do they just come here for the entertainment value? Just curious. Steve I do currently, and have owned one or more boats for the past 40+ years. Not one of them was a lobster-type boat, I'm proud to report. |

Hope the wife gets to feeling better real soon. Maybe some fresh air and sunshine might help. Steve |

Steve Own three boats, from a 43' houseboat (owned jointly) to a 12' v-bottom aluminum bass boat. I spend a lot of time on the houseboat, and I use the aluminum boat frequently. But then, I like to fish. -- Posted via NewsDemon.com - Premium Uncensored Newsgroup Service -------http://www.NewsDemon.com------ Unlimited Access, Anonymous Accounts, Uncensored Broadband Access |

Or do they just come here for the entertainment value? Just curious. Steve I have a 23' Yamaha twin engine jetboat. Its a great family boat, and yes, we generally get out more than 12 times per year. Unless we get some serious rain around here, there my be very little boating next season though. --Mike |
