You stupid fool. I also mentioned grizzly country. Using your idiotic
analogy, that would mean that I had "intimated" that you were hiking
there, too. In short, you're too fat and lazy to hike. You're a pig
that's so lazy you hire people to do the easiest of tasks, such as
maintenence for you. Too bad you never do anything that gives you a
sense of accomplishment unless it's a post in rec.boats.

You come across as an angry little 6th grader, loogy. Maybe that's what
you are, eh?

Well, I'll be honest and forthright...most of the time when I'm
walking in the Virginia woods, I'm carrying also.

If you two were the subjects of a vulcan mind meld, collectively you
might have an IQ in the normal range.
The Shenandoah National Park, where we hike the trails, has a
substantial population of black bears who are not at all adverse to
attacking people. There are also packs of feral dogs. The latter, I
think, are more dangerous. There have been reports of cougars, but I
don't know anyone who has actually seen one.
I don't know a property owner out there who hikes the mountain
trails
unarmed. Many carry big caliber handguns.
Perhaps you two might. It would be delightful to read that the feral
dogs got to you both. Better that than a bear. I wouldn't want a
bear to
eat your pustule-covered flesh and get sick.- Hide quoted text -

Gee, I've hiked hundreds of miles of the AT without carrying a
weapon.
Most people that camp in more remote places where there are grizzlies
and such aren't such scared fat cowards either.
It's not my problem that you are a dumb ass, nor would I care if you
were attacked by bears. No loss to anyone.- Hide quoted text -

Harry, I'll bet that out of the thousands that are in the Smokies each
day hiking, you and a very few other sissies are the only ones armed.
If you're that damned afraid of the woods stay out.
We're a tad north of the Smokies, ****-for-brains. Look at a map.

If ever I want the advice of a moron, I'll be sure to call you.

As always, have a wonderful, brain-dead day.- Hide quoted text -

What does that have to do with anything?

Because *you* intimated that when I was "in the Smokies each day
hiking..." You see, ****-for-brains. *you* brought it up.

You are *so* easy.

Now, go play with your right-wing buddies for a while. They need someone
simple-minded like you to tweak.

What a f'ing moron. Of course I am scared to go walking in the woods
without a gun, and no one in their right mind would ever think I was
hiking everyday. Heck, considering how fat I am, even when I do to
Shenandoah, I don't walk anywhere. I waddle out to the seats where old
stumpy used to be and remember the good times.

I don't think I have spent more than 2 days in the woods over the last 3
years.

Can't stay on the fairways eh? Seems to be a common problem. Down here
you can easily spot the duffers. They are the ones wearing snake boots. :-)

Hey! I spend a lot of time on the fairways. I walk back and forth
across them getting to the woods on both sides.

Snake boots...good idea for next time I get invited to Myrtle Beach.
Will they protect from alligators also?

No, Brucie. Just smart.

You have to be smart to post a You Tube video from an Indiana Jones

I've carried a side arm in areas know to have venomous snakes or wild
boars. I'm not sure what lurks in the woods of Virgina.
