somewhere. What creates jobs is the need for goods and services in a
fair cost environment.

other states too. We spent a whole summer with ten crews repairing one
street
in town here, oh and they put some new islands and potted trees down the
center
of the main road next town over. This gave several crews extra work
throughout
the summer, a project which will cause more traffic tieups and deaths
than the
road that was there before. And no jobs were created.
