We've got the problem up here also. I like the mayor's attitude. Pay the fine,
spend some time in jail, *and* pay to have the boat removed.


Good idea. I was wondering if the fine was less than the salvage, but
get them both on the owner. Next thing they will do is strip the tags,
names and numbers before scttling them.
