I was making a joke Loog.....I know who handles construction of public boat
ramps.
The video is of a BUNCH of boats launching and retrieving during a 5 hour
period at Lake Tahoe.

Actually Boaters paid fees for the ramps.

Didn't say they were not taxed. Just that keeping government away from
the ramps is a good idea.
