....a message from my daughter...

Hey, there! Thanks sooo much to all you 'rec.boats' guys for all of your
generous donations!!! My team, 'Run for the Hills' has raised over $5,500 this
year, and you guys (and Dad are responsible for about 1/3 of that!!!! WOW!!!
You are unbelievable! Susan G. Komen is an organization that is invaluable in
its support of women with Breast Cancer, as well as in finding a cure for this
disease. Your generosity of spirit and commitment to the fight against breast
cancer will enable the Richmond Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® to
fund vital research, outreach and awareness programs here in our communities.
There are several of you who have donated year after year on my behalf, and I
can't tell you how appreciative I am for your unwavering support! This is a
fundraiser that, I know, is near and dear to my dad's heart too, and I
appreciate that you are supporting him, as well. Thanks, once again, from the
bottom of my heart!

The race was this past Saturday. Great weather, big turnout, and my two favorite
daughters were there with all the grandkids. Wonderful time!
