On the same day that a new CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll shows
that a majority of Americans support same-sex marriage, House Republicans have announced: Leaders in the House have agreed to pay up to $520 an hour and up to $500,000 to a law firm retained to defend the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act after President Barack Obama instructed the Justice Department not to defend a key part of the law. That's $520 an hour charged to us taxpayers. And leading the charge—both for our money and the defense of discrimination—will be former George W. Bush shyster, Paul Clement. Which leads to at least one job the Republicans have created since becoming the majority. - - - Swiped from KOS |

You mean, when you drop a bit of political bull**** in here, you don't expect to be called on it? Bull****. To whom did Obama "give up" a Supreme Court position? Obama nominated Kagan and Sotomayor. Both were confirmed. Are you saying one of those appointments was a giveaway? This should be funny...which one and why? |
