Default Coast Guard reopens section of Mississippi

Well, it's at least a start for the better. But barge traffic will
obviously be limited for a while....

Yeah, but just think of the gas they will save being able to bring the
barges right up to the front door of the stores and factories without
ever offloading to trucks

Now it looks like the Mississippi river levee's are starting to pop in
New Orleans....
