Default Old boats, anyone?

Here's an interesting model for the old school sailors. Don't recall
seeing any of those old 'Gale' outboards.

I don't recall the boat line, but I did see some, not many, Gale
outboards. They were a lower-priced line put out by OMC, the
manufacturer of Evinrude and Johnson.

I remember seeing a few Gales as a kid back in the 50s. We had a
family boat for a while in the 60s, very similar to that one. It had
a 35 horse Evinrude and planed off nicely at about 25 mph in flat
water.
