It's unknown what his reason or complaints were, but it's a 32 year old
native norwegian identified as Anders Behring Breivik, who is reported
to be a right-wing extremist.

Due to witness observations, the police assume he has been acting all
alone and that he is responsible for both the bomb explosion in Oslo
where 7 people is confirmed dead so far, and the shooting at the youth
camp at Utøya where 84 childrens and teenagers is confirmed dead so far.

He will now be charged according to the terrorism act and is now facing
up to 21 years of prison.

Here in Norway, all major TV and radio channels have interupted ALL
scheduled programs, and have now transmitted continiously about this
incident since yesterday at 4:00 PM (local time), which is only about
30 minutes after the bomb explosion in Oslo occurred.....

Really? Thanks for the update. Last I heard Obama did it, since he's
evil incarnate.
