this isn't the first time Gibson's been raided, Scott. Henry let them
do a material audit a few years ago and all was clean, now the fed is
at it again. .

Yeah, it's ridiculous.

Why? Do you support the destruction of the rain forests?

People who work for govt are either not smart enough to realize their
own absurdity or they have an agenda that causes them to do this. The
solution is less money so they are unable to do these things. NEVER
vote for tax increases. They always have some sob story about why
they need more money but then they do this sort of crap.

OH THE CHILDREN!! WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN???

Scott, If I were Henry, I'd be mad too. I'm wondering about 'search
and seizure' laws in how this is handled. Looks like this mi8ght bring
a long court battle, which even though I believe Gibson is in the
clear, the legal fees and publicity could bankrupt the company. And
what about the ($1 million dollar (estimated) inventory taken by the
fed. Will they get it back, or will it be busted up or 'lost?"

I'm keeping my eyes on this one.

Really? All the people or just the people you don't like? There's not
one person in gov't you think is smart. Wow. That sure says something
about you.

You know little about the world works I guess.

You mean this?

"The Lacey Act combats trafficking in illegal wildlife, fish, and
plants. The 2008 Farm Bill (the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of
2008), effective May 22, 2008, amended the Lacey Act by expanding its
protection to a broader range of plants and plant products. The Lacey
Act now, among other things, makes it unlawful, beginning December 15,
2008, to import certain plants and plant products without an import
declaration."

2008... so who was President back then?

Sounds like the Obama admin is taking it's business que from the Middle
East. This is kind of like the "flash mobs" robbing retailers in the
city... Yep, I am sure plenty of them will be "lost" as you said...

Dick Cheney, of course. :)

Do you think we should be able to rape the environment and pollute at
will?

This is rhetorical question, right?

Not in the Perry campaign, which would word it:

Shouldn't we be able to rape the environment and pollute at will?

Sure, Kevin.

What carbon footprint did the agents raiding Gibson produce? *Was the
actual environmental effect considerably worse than anything Gibson
may have done? *The answer is obviously "Yes".

Horse****.

This is the same sort of governmental insanity that is causing kids
lemonaide stands to be shut down:
http://www.forbes.com/sites/erikkain...monade-stands/
It is very clear that govt is waaaaaaaay overfunded if they have time
to worry about such things. The solution is lower taxes. If you vote
for higher taxes, they will not be used to solve problems but will be
used to CAUSE problems like this.

One has absolutely NOTHING to do with the other. Granted, government has
run amok. But, in the case of decimation of the rain forests, the
government is right.

Again, I'll ask, What positive outcome is there to the complete
