one in SW, 290.. We just heard from the real estate agent on the one in
Essex, it's for sale and he wants me to drop the price to 150! Do I have

The insanity of our leaders in this mess is astounding. And I believe

It is why in this depression I have so far limited my real-estate
investments. Tax greed from civic and state could kill you cash flows.
Buy a home, utilities and property taxes go nuts. Some even charge
foreigners more as they don't pay state taxes, and with local jobs in
the crapper, property isn't going to sell well.

No easy way out and a lot of economic turbulence yet to come.
