I will be vacationing at VA Beach for a week in July. I'm looking for
information on places to sea kayak and surf.

I live in the VA. Beach area , and there are a lot of great places to kayak
here .
back bay , the great dismal swamp ,the lynnhaven river ,etc. .I cant help
with the surf stuff , but sandbridge , or nags head would be my guess.good
