Default Stephen Hawking's take on what created the universe

One of the most talked-about assertions in the whole book is that we
don't need the idea of God to explain what sparked the creation of the
universe.

"It is not necessary to invoke God to light the blue touch paper and set
the universe going," Hawking and Mlodinow write.

Instead, the laws of science alone can explain why the universe began.
Our modern understanding of time suggests that it is just another
dimension, like space. Thus it doesn't have a beginning.

"Because there is a law such as gravity, the universe can and will
create itself from nothing," they write. "Spontaneous creation is the
reason there is something rather than nothing, why the universe exists,
why we exist.

Sometimes I wish certain people would spontaneously disappear.

Just click the heels of your red slippers...

It is sort of funny that iLoogy is quoting Hawking.

He is smart but prejudiced.
He and others are now and have been in the real of a philosophy not Science.
Philosophy doesn't support their conjecture even.
It is out there thinking: Kind of like what produced the Bizzaro World
of comic books.
Who know what constitutes God. He may be all energy which means any form
he wishes. The Universe is energy.
The idea that everything erupted from nothing is now trying to be
morphed into the Universe reverses to nothing and begins again. It was
that the fabric of time and space would rend itself from expansion. Now
Spanish Scientist say we're going to come to a standstill and reverse
to nothing.
They continually engage in anything but God postulating and wild comic
book rationalizing.

All we know for sure is that if it happens, there will be no one
around to post the video on YouTube.

Hesh up. I hear they fund an UFO in the Black Sea. I though some of your
boys were pretty unique.
