The cost of the bond isn't a good reason to sacrafice your integrity in a very public way in the same district and court that's about to try you for murder. He's a stupid asshole is the correct answer to why he'd do something so stupid. But you feel free to defend his actions, because you'd probably make the same sort of decisions in the same circumstance, right? |

I would have had an attorney in front of all of this and nobody would hear me say anything to anyone. You likely would not have gotten into a fight with a teenager walking around your neighborhood and shot him. |
