Both, the stand your ground law has no bearing on this case. Why not? Are you saying Zimmerman did not have a legal right to be there or even to follow martin? As a defacto agent of the HOA he even had the power to ask martin why he was there. You keep forgetting this was a stranger behind gates on private property. Can you ask a guy in your driveway why he is looking into YOUR car? Looking into cars.... hearsay. Martin was legally on that private property. Are you sure about that? Was he invited on the property? By whom? Yes. His father's fiancée. Did his father even know he was there? When was his father finally notified of the tragedy? Yes. Immediately.
