There's several more posts of the same speech, where Ryan's voice is
completely clear. He calls SS an entitlement program. That's when
the guy in the audience goes bezerk, saying that he's been paying into
that system for 50 years.

Ryan wants to use the money to fund tax cuts for rich folk.
