When people post boating-related content here, it oftentimes is
overlooked.

When a thread gets 50 or 100 responses from members who monitor the
group, at least there's some interaction. I don't know who *e#c is
since he hasn't used his real name or initials in years, but I get the
feeling he'd rather see a dead group with no posts than people
interacting on subjects that don't include boats.

I'd rather see stupid **** spewing from the likes of Bertie Poop and
Three Poontang than come here and see nothing.
You missed his point. You are dumping your anti-gun and political ****
here instead of the appropriate groups. If you want this group to die,
let it die. I think the lack of your off-topic bull**** would actually
encourage boaters to visit and stay here.

There's really no reason to put up "boating-related" posts here. If
Poster A said he just bought a nice old dory to refinish in his garage
over the winter, three or four of the right-wing droolers and iLoogy
would initiate attacks on the poster's boat of choice and the color he
planned to paint it.

Why bother?
