Why would you want to take the chance of paying too much attention to
a thug who can beat you senseless and you can't defend yourself. It is
better to just look the other way.

And that's what Martin tried to do!

Bull**** He confronted Zimmerman. "why are you following me" remember?

After Zimmerman confronted him, he asked why.

It is ludicrous to assume that a teenaged football star could not
outrun an old fat guy if he was trying to get away.

So he didn't retreat just like the no retreat law, huh?

Seems like the gun malfunctioned and went off on it's own, at just the
right time. There was no human DNA on it. Case closed.

That is just in your mind, there is no evidence to support that.

It is really looking more like this is going to be tossed in the
immunity hearing. At this point, I think everyone is going to wait
until after the election, just for political cover. Nobody wants the
inevitable riots when Zimmerman walks, before an election.

The phone conversation.

No, they recovered some "male DNA" but it was not enough to be tied to
any particular person. Maybe Martin shot himself.

It certainly could have been Martin's, blowing the hell out of JP's
assertion..

For that matter it was probably from the cop who put the gun in the
evidence bag but since it didn't match Martin or Zimmerman they said
it was unidentified just to avoid that controversy in an already
controversial case. If the evidence was contaminated, it won't help
Angie's case.

Couldn't be that Zimmerman cleaned up the gun after the cops let him go,
eh? Nah......

Would have been a brilliant move, but I don't think he did.

Zimmerman never saw his gun again after he was arrested (the night of
the shooting). It is still in evidence.
