I think is interesting that these good liberal folks have convicted this guy without a word of testimony, a hearing or a trial, based on a news story. I think that is what we call a lynch mob isn't it? No. The news story, in the NY Times and elsewhere, is based on what the police said, such as the man did not report to the police on the day of the intrusion and murders because he did not want to disturb the cops' holiday. Seems to me he has pretty much convicted himself unless the papers are making it all up. Fretwell thinks everyone has the right to shoot anyone he or she finds offensive. -------------------- No he doesn't and you know you exaggerated. He figures you can protect your self against a home invasion. Which is what these two did. The guy went overboard in the shooting department, but he still had a right to shoot them. And some you may want to execute, so when they get out of jail, or while awaiting trial his friends decide to make it impossible for you to testify. Which is a big problem with gang affiliated bandits. Sort of like the B movie it Charles Bronson. Forget the name. As to home invasion being dangerous. http://www.sfgate.com/crime/article/...on-4080653.php Very upscale region. so not inner city crime. |

Wonder how he'll feel when we're furnishing him with three hots and a cot for the rest of his miserable life. A Minnesota homeowner who shot two teenagers in the midst of an apparent Thanksgiving Day break-in told authorities he feared they had a weapon, but acknowledged firing "more shots than I needed to" and appeared to take pride in "a good clean finishing shot" for one teen, according to investigators. Byron David Smith, 64, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree murder in a criminal complaint that was chilling for the clinical way investigators said he described the shootings. And he *should* finish his life in prison. Once the threat was gone he should have stopped shooting, as the cop said. As someone else said, a bigger gun would have kept him out of trouble. Well said. |

Never did. However I DID bag a 4 point buck early this morning. a 12 ga. slug right through the lungs at approx 60 yards. That's not a record shot but it worked. It's [the deer] already at the processors and the venison will be donated to the local food pantry. Impressed by your bravery in shooting one of those dangerous bambis! In cane you missed it, the deer will be processed and donated to the local food pantry (to help feed those in need) Remember that next time you eat Porky the Pig, or Elsie, and Elmer the cow. I don't usually go out and shoot a steak. ![]() You usually don't pay your taxes or your debts either. How interesting. Losing track of your personalities, Krause? Be more careful next time.. |

This guy might do some time. And that's a very slim 'might' knowing
who he is and where he's from. Er... Forget something, Senator? http://www.salon.com/2012/12/06/poli...bag/singleton/ |

So I thought I'd do a bit of a follow up on this incident, and sure enough. Not much happened. Not much at all...
