Anyone have a better idea than this for a target stand to take to the range?

You know you live in a Country run by idiots if... The outdoor range I use has pistol bays with tall sand berms on three sides.. I just use a rectangular wooden frame with long legs that I push down into the berm. I staple cardboard onto the frame, and use some of those peel-n-stick orange target dots. It's bigger than your linked target, so I can place 4 dots on it and that way I don't have replace the cardboard as often. |

Get yourself a steel target stand, maybe from Brownell's. Ahh, I remember the days we whittled "Ol Stumpy" down from a 4' tall stump to, well, nothing. Now, where he "sat," there's a drain field. |

Ahhh the memories. How many homeless dogs found that drain field a final resting plase |

If you have a permanent site, the best strategy is to sink a pair of 3 inch PVC pipes into the ground with a post hole digger. |

If you were a Hindu, Bhudist, Muslim, Native American or whatever, would you feel that your chances for a fair trial were improved? |

I want something I can take apart and put in a 'range bag'. I'd be using it at the Quantico range, so can't dig any holes. Salmonbait -- 'Name-calling'...the liberals' answer to a lost argument!
