Default The new pope...

....As Cardinal, Bergoglio became known for personal humility, doctrinal
conservatism and a commitment to social justice. A simple lifestyle has
contributed to his reputation for humility. He lives in a small
apartment, rather than in the palatial bishop's residence. He gave up
his chauffeured limousine in favor of public transportation, and he
reportedly cooks his own meals.

From Wiki.

Obviously, not a fan of Mitt Romney or the GOP doctrine of "**** the
poor and middle class."

And no mention of the pedofile problems in South America like Canada and
the USA.

But I guessed right, the nex pope would be from South America.

Liberal-socialism is a great idea so long as the credit is good and
other people pay for it. When the credit runs out and those that pay
for it leave, they can all share having nothing but debt and discontentment.

The college was obviously mindful of pandering to the large hispanic
population worldwide. Probably learned it from O'Bama.

Or, they recognized that the So. American demograhic is increasing. Of
course, you're a racist ****-for-brains, so anything "obvious" to you
is due to your inbred genes.

Pandering? Picking an Italian descent pope from Argentina is pandering?
Meyer once again proves he is a hate-filled asshole, and not worthy of
reading or commentary.

I am just glad this is over.

I haven't seen this much interest in smoke since Cheech and Chong
stopped making movies.

Over? It lasted two days. Patience, man, patience. Besides, the new pope
is an old man. With luck, both of us will live to see another papal
election.

We have been hearing about it for a month before the election, wall to
wall. I have lived through 6 of these and this is the first one where
they had the chimney on split screen on TV all day, waiting for smoke.
Here is hoping this one does better than John Paul I.

I do agree they had to take a South American guy. They are the only
Catholics who are consistently drinking the Kool Ade.

The ones who've crossed the southern border into this country are quite prolific, in case you'd not
heard.
