What exactly is the problem with background checks?
What exactly do they check for?
Who does the checking? Who do they check with? What happens from there, do they just decide if they want to sell a gun or not? And finally, what's wrong with background checks? Remember, I support your right to bear arms... |

The right to bear arms as an individual was upheld by SCOTUS. Even Scalia put his stamp of approval on the concept of regulation. As to "do they just decide" - that sounds like a free market decision. |
