Trespassing on the field still isn't....

How is someone "trespassing" when they bought a ticket to the stadium,
moron?

---------------------------------------------------

Maybe you'd like to try it:

or better yet,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqtPUhYdz6M

And that video proves that the person tazed violated "trespassing" laws
HOW?

That is the charge when you go out on the field. Your ticket only
allows you into the stands and other publicly accessible areas. You
are not allowed out on the field. Entering any prohibited areas is
trespassing.

When I buy an airplane ticket, it doesn't mean I can wander around on
the runway.

Don't know if it's technically trespassing or not, but it probably has
something similar going on. They don't like it much but it's selective
enforcement.

It's a trespassing charge, know as the "Calvin Klein Law"

Yards, and we will prosecute individuals who go on the field in
violation of the law in the future."

Keeping score? Hey, let's keep score of the racist, low life crap you
spew!

Now, go back, and show me where these people had bought a ticket to
enter the venue. Gee, can't find any? Hmmmm..... You DO remember, don't
you, that that was my whole argument to start with? I'm guessing not....

-----------------------------------------------------

Guess you missed this in the last link:

"Before each game at Yankee Stadium, a public address system
announcement warns fans that Major League Baseball rules forbid them to
go on the field or to throw anything on it. Anyone doing so, the
announcement says, will be arrested and prosecuted.

I'm sorry, please show me where that says anything about whether they
had a ticket or not.....

Please indicate in the public address announcement where it matters if
you have a ticket or not.

Gee, you tend to play stupid, are you really? First of all, your quote
contains errors that would have it thrown out of court in an instant. If
you have trouble finding it, let me know. Second, I SPECIFICALLY asked
stated that the persons in question have a ticket to the game. Thirdly,
you idiotic, childish "score" is erroneous in that I have correctly
rebuttaled each and every time.

Yes, it's trespassing, just like I said... And stealing too, that cost
somebody a chunk for that bit of airtime. Be interesting to find out how
much the guy would have paid for that air time if he had bought it from
the network?

Stupid idiot, would you like me to tell you the simple difference
between going out on a major airport runway and a baseball field??

Question for you - you must have missed it the first time:

When you chamber a round at the range do you then put the pistol aside, or stand around and shoot
the ****, such that you need to put the thumb safety on? That would violate your first rule - not
ready to fire 'til you're ready to fire. If you've chambered a round, it should be because you're
ready to fire - no need to put the safety on, other than to immediately take it off again while
aiming.
