![]() Former Vice President Dick Cheney stepping into the Benghazi fray to make a statement that is just breathtaking: “I think it’s one of the worst incidents, frankly, that I can recall in my career.” Yup, because four dead ranks right up there with thre 3,000+ who died on 9-11 during Cheney's watch, the Katrina disaster on Cheney's watch, and, of course, the two wars Cheney lied us into. Why wasn't Cheney prosecuted? |

Why wasn't Cheney prosecuted? ------------------------------------------------------ Sometimes it is hard to take some of your comments seriously Harry because you are so adamantly opposed to anything other than the liberal way. Like the ultra right crackpots who see things only through self designed filters, you seem to view politics, big business and social issues through your own set of filters. If there's no room for reconsideration from time to time as things change or for the serious consideration of other points of view, then you are no more open minded than the republican lunatics that you detest so much. |

The subject under discussion is a comment Dick Cheney made. Is there something in that statement that rings true? How can he rank the deaths of four Americans, a tragedy to be sure, but a minor one, as one of the "worst" incidents he can recall in his career, when his career included a number of "incidents" in which he was involved that make the deaths of four people little more than a sad blip? I blame Cheney far more than Bush for our foreign policy "misadventures" in Iraq and Afghanistan. Bush is a simple man who was brought up by decent parents, and I am sure Cheney saw that and lied and misled Bush to the best of his ability. I don't think that it is my "liberalism" that makes me feel Cheney is disgusting. |

I don't think Harry ever said he was open minded or ever even tried to think outside the box his handlers built around him. |

Do you take issue with the statement that Cheney is as close to the anti-Christ as we've witnessed in American politics in the last 100 years? Sub-human piece of **** who should be tried for war crimes at the Hague. |

No more than thinking Al Sharpton is trash is "conservative." You can defend either if you wish. Pick one. --------------------------------------- If you haven't, read up on Sharpton's past. |
