There are plenty of innocent civillians but how do you help them without taking sides with one of the equally repugnant factions? The devil we know may be better in this case than the unstable devils we don't. Syria is convenient, they need something to get attention away from a Atty Gen who has lied to Congress, twice, Benghazi, fast and furious, IRS, NSA, and dozens of other scandals... Nothing has changed in Syria in two years, it's only different here. Nyuk nyuk nyuk. ? Hey, it's not a joke, he actually believes himself! |

We have truly become a paper tiger in just a short few years. I recently read a very interesting article about the Constitution and how mostly conservatives want to hold it over the heads of countrymen only when it fits their agenda. Of course, liberals do this too, but lately it's been the conservatives over the gun debate. Well, the thing is as this scholar pointed out that the constitution directly makes argument that government can't be bought. BUT, our government as it is now IS bought by lobby groups, special interest groups, etc. The United States is owned by corporate interests. ------- Unions incorporated? |
