You think that was the cause or was it totally unbalanced construction,
with simply too much weight on one side of the ship? I saw a new
40-footer launched once, and it had what I would call a serious list to
one side, maybe five degrees.

I saw a sea*** with that problem. The mfr. solution.............bags of
concrete.............lots of bags of concrete.

I know that I watched them but a steel hulled ship in the water on a
sled just like that and they pumped ballast water into it first.
