Default ...nice day..

Well, Jess got the Ok Friday to ride but she took a weekend off to get
ready for the week...

.... So here I was with a truckload of bikes, some race gas, and a free
day sooooo

Yup, three motos, probably did over an hour of riding all together but I
am still very slow. Felt very loose but somewhat clumsy on the bike.
First time ever riding with the Pro Knee Braces, and I love them...
Don't think I will ever get on and ride again without them...

All in all a great return to the track for me after almost two years...
Felt good then, getting a bit stiff now

Chiropractor and a deep tissue massage on the Team Card tomorrow, gonna'
take advantage of the contract while I can

Later, off to wash the bikes and drink some coffee

As long as you have the "team card," you should see a good
psychotherapist for an evaluation.

I'm so ashamed. He probably could get evaluated at no charge down in New
Haven: http://www.ynhh.org/yale-new-haven-p...tric-hospital/
