Me and Jess are both as sick as you BTW, just got back from racing,
Jess got second place overall for the day. Unfortunately, the other girl
in the class was a Pro rider They double gated with a pretty fast (two
stroke) open class though, which means the Womens class left the gate
with the open mens. Her friend took second overall (first in Womens) and
Jess came in 11th of 17 riders at the checkers (second in the womens
class). I ended up getting roped into safety flagging for the day on the
back side, so I didn't race... Got to play doctor for one crash, guess
that's why they like having me back there... I am good at talking guys
into walkin' off and goin' to see the paramedics for a quick check....
Nobody got hurt badly today, it as a perfect track too.... Hopefully we
make a better stand in two weeks when we do it all over again

Sounds like a good time was had by all! Congrats to Jesse on her second.

I went for a nice ride this morning. The trees are at their peak right now, the temp was in the
50's, and the sky was gorgeous. Rode the George Washington Parkway - not a long ride, but quite
pretty. Nice little trip.
