I am surprised that none of the liberals have jumped all over this. Josie makes some interesting, and valid, points - especially about the 'Constitutions' of Russia, under Stalin, North Korea, and Germany. If she checked the constitutions of many other highly controlled countries, she'd probably find the same thing. Iran's constitution calls for freedom of religion, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, and the presumption of innocence. Even Syria's constitution guarantees freedom of religion, the press, and assembly.

Yup, she comes across as a little (not too little!) eccentric, but she makes some good points.
