Mick Mulvaney, the Republicans of South Carolina, all voted against
Hurricane Sandy relief for northern sites devastated by that storm.

Should Yankee members of Congress return the favor as South Carolina
bails out?

OK by me, as long as FEMA makes good on the claims for the people who
actually paid their bills.
People who didn't buy the insurance are on their own
