Do they want to keep paying ~$20,000 a year (per pupil) for government schools that do not actually educate their kids? Do they want another 4 years of a government that is the hand maiden of Wall Street and the bankers? Government will always be the tool of the people who can spend billions to (s)elect the leaders and the only way to blunt that is to reduce the size and power of government. I've read the Loonytarian Platform. It's a document for a far-reaching abolition of government and the important services government provides, especially those without significant financial resources. No thanks. If we continue on our current path, the country will be bankrupt and those programs will all fail. Let Hillary or Bernie actually propose the taxes that are necessary to support the "give aways" they promise and let's see how far they get. It is certainly not going to be simply raising the taxes on 1% of the people and leaving everyone else unscathed. The Libertarians are the only ones proposing serious cuts in DoD and trying to get the entitlements under control. The democrats do not even want to tell us how much trouble we are in. They ignore things like, we are spending over 100% of revenue on entitlements and interest on the debt. Everything else is borrowed money or money the fed prints out of thin air. If the rest of the world was not in worse shape than us, we would be called on it but we are all just whistling through the grave yard. This can not continue and a world financial collapse is the only possible result if we do not get our financial house in order. Compared to this debt bubble, 2009 was a firecracker and we are looking at an A bomb. (maybe more literally than we want to admit). |

This is a debt bubble, there are plenty of economists who agree with that and it is only pollyanna politicians who want to borrow more money, give it away for votes and create more debt who disagree. === And when it blows up they will look around and find out there are no more bullets in the gun. |

Hillary is just gushing with joy because now her anti gun agenda has something to bitch about. They want to call this a gun problem, not a terror problem and she will milk this cow on all 4 tits. All I would ask is how much damage would a couple of Boston style bombs do in that crowd? Probably no more than this Isis wannabe was able to accomplish. Too bad there weren't any guns in the building. The death toll could have been much less if he was cut down sooner. You can carry in a bar, among other places. At 2 AM I'm not sure it would have been that effective anyway. Depends on the state. I know AZ bans carry in alcohol service places, I think Texas also. But laws against, do not seem to help. There is a law against committing murder, even 50 murders. Helped? |

The Pimco guy was on Charlie Rose saying that exact thing. There are a few central bankers who agree with him. This was brought out when they said they could not service the debt if we could not raise the debt limit. There is something seriously wrong with that thinking. |
