Bush and approved by the Senate after a bitter confirmation, has been considering retirement for a while and never planned to stay until he died.” - - - - - - - - When Hillary is elected and, hopefully, control of the Senate changes hands, she may start right out appointing two associate justices, and perhaps two more during her first term.
