That ranch rifle is not that accurate huh? Should have kept the H-bar
I guess. My M1A was supposed to shoot inside 1 MOA when Springfield
sold it to me but I was never good enough over iron to prove it. I
played with one of those GI scope mounts but I am not convinced it
works that well.

The Dallas shooter was a good guy with a gun until he wasn’t. The guns
and ammo were legally purchased. There were at least 20 “open carry”
guys present when the shooting started, and they all ran from the scene.
The victims were heavily armed and highly trained.

So much for the concept that there’s a benefit to “carrying” in an open
venue.

Oh, and did I miss the NRA’s comment on the death of the guy in
Minnesota who apparently was legally carrying and shot to death by the
cops? Or does the NRA only care about white folks who carry?

Another dumb post by a racist and loser.

Bilious, it is fashionable these days for white guys to accuse others of
"racism" when the latter point out the racism or possible racism of
whites or white-dominated groups. But that doesn't make the charge true.
It is simply a way for white guys to try to "transfer" their racism onto
those who accuse them of it.

The NRA and other nutcase groups frequently state that "if only more
people carried firearms...blah blah blah." Well, in Dallas there were
plenty of "civilians" open carrying firearms, and they all ran when the
shooting started.

And where is the comment from the NRA on the guy who apparently was
legally carrying and was shot by a cop? If the 2nd Amendment is suppose
to allow you to arm yourself so you can protect yourself from an
"overreaching" government, well, it doesn't seem to work, does it?

The first paragraph pretty much describes your calling most posters racist.
Seeing the amount of asset forfeiture and shootings by police, we seem to
have an overreaching government.

Indeed, you and others transfer your racism onto others, as I pointed out.

turn off this predictor thingy

If it is a tablet:

Step 1.

Drag down from the top of the screen twice if you have Lollipop to bring
up the quick settings. Then tap the cog icon to open the settings menu.
On other phones/devices, it might be a slightly different route to
settings, but you can always check the app tray for the Settings app and
pin it to your home screen if you want a really quick way to change
settings.

Step 2.

Scroll down to Language & input and tap on it. Under the sub-heading
Keyboard & input methods you will see which keyboard you are currently
using and - not so obviously - the settings for it beneath that: the
menu item states the name of the keyboard and the language.

Step 3.

Tap on the name of the keyboard - in this case Google Keyboard and you
will see all the available settings. To turn off predictive text, tap
Text correction and then at the bottom of the next screen, turn off
"Next-word suggestions".

Another option in the Text correction menu is your Personal dictionary.
You can add words to this, and it's useful if Android tends to
auto-correct someone's name or another word you use regularly. When you
add a word, you can also enter a shortcut to type that word - that's
invaluable when you have long or complex words.
