Watching Boston news on NBC this morning and I'm sure the announcer said Trump was going to appoint Sarah Palin as Secretary for Veterans Affairs.

Actually Don, she might do a good job. As a governor she was well liked and fairly efficient on Alaskas focal matters. The least she can do is bumble things and get fired like what Bill Clinton was forced to do with mrs. Elders after she was appointed surgeon general.

Speakers nog of surgeon general I'd think that would have been better suited for Ben Carson.

Anyhow. That whole team has 4 years to prove itself, or maybe less...

Palin to any high federal post, but we're talking about Donald Trump,
and most of his appointments and plans so far have been and will prove

Did you see the deal he cooked to keep some of the jobs Carrier Air
Conditioning wanted to move to Mexico in Indiana? That's the usual
bull**** politicians in states play...they bribe a company to stay where
they are instead of deserting a city in search of lower wages and less
environmental controls.

Saw an old movie last weekend with a scene that reminded me of Trump's
upcoming cabinet meetings and, of course, of the right-wing gaseous
emitters in rec.boats. Same noises, same smells.
