American forestry interests continually convince your rulers to throw tariffs on our lumber exports on the pretense that we provide subsidies to them. Canada wins every time we go to GATT to dispute this but 'murica seems to feel it's above international dispute mechanisms.

It was 3 to 24 percent. American product are already tarriffed. Why shouldn't 'nad products be as well? |
