How do you figure Richards posting was worth such a non--responsive answer like the one you just made?

It's simple Tim. He figures I am a "Trumpster" so anything I say is BS.

In order for Harry to treat you favorably, you either have to suck
his dick or keep your mouth shut.

The political bull**** in this country has become way out of control.

You are a Trumpster.

Think so? You should have a conversation with Mrs.E. and ask her if I
am a Trumpster.

I am an American. How about you?

Harry? Only in the loosest sense of the word.

Did you buy one?

Not hardly. I'm thinking Harry would like one of these as a remembrance of his secret duties in
Vietnam.

Glad y'all brought up Viet Nam.
I'm recording and viewing a lengthy series on Maine PBS about that war.
Trouble is..it always ends the same with y'all cutting and running from that embassy roof in Saigon. Darn shame for those poor trusting folks who believed your bull****.

Blame the politicians, Don White.

I doubt Harry would stand in front of any progressive liberals and state, "I am an American." It
would be heresy of the first order.

Yeah, what's going on in this country, especially that being spread by
the (mostly) progressive liberal media is .... bizarre.

I think eventually they will "get" Trump on something and all hell is
going to break lose. It won't be for anything he did or was connected
to in the original "Russia, Russia, Russia" probe but the left and the
media will make hay with it. Probably will relate to something he did
or someone he hired back in 1990 or something.

Meanwhile, the Dems are excited about their new, potential candidate for
POTUS in 2020. Will Oprah give everyone who attends the Democratic
National Convention a brand new car?

Thanks for your kind comments regarding your next door neighbor but
Canada isn't completely fault-free as far as Vietnam goes. Your country
didn't do any of the dirty work involving fighting and dying but your
industry manufactured and supplied the US military with some of the
tools and weapons used, including napalm and Agent Orange.

From Wiki:

"500 firms (Canadian) sold $2.5 billion of war materials (ammunition,
napalm, aircraft engines and explosives) to the Pentagon. Another $10
billion in food, beverages, berets and boots for the troops was exported
to the U.S., as well as nickel, copper, lead, oil, brass for shell
casings, wiring, plate armour and military transport. In Canada
unemployment fell to record low levels of 3.9%"

So, making a buck off of someone else's dirty work is ok with you?

Before you pat yourself on the back trying to tar Canada with the same brush....you might want to check if the companies up here were owned or partly owned by American companies, investors etc.
In the PBS series, an anti war leader talked about organizing a demonstration outside a big Dow Chemical plant somewhere in the US. Then they talked about the various defoliants such as Agent Orange. I know the Canadian govt of the day allowed testing of it at Camp Gagetown, next door in New Brunswick. Stupid decision and it cost them later on when people started showing symptoms caused by Agent Orange.

Not trying to "tar" Canada with anything. US owned or Canadian owned,
the military ammo, napalm, Agent Orange and supplies were still
manufactured by Canadians and sold to the USA with Canadian government
blessings.

Damn shame for Canadians when we pulled out as you described. The
unemployment rate in Canada started going up again.

He is upset that you pointed out the military industrial complex
included anyone but greedy Americans. I am sure Harry had already
picked out a place in Ontario where he would run if the draft board
had tracked him down.

Crikey, your level of ignorance is astonishing. My draft board knew
every address I had. I followed the letter of the law. I informed my
draft board of my whereabouts by certified or registered mail. I've
posted this several times. Try to stay in contact with reality.

I did have a "military" encounter with the FBI when I was working in
Detroit...so, obviously, the feds knew where I was. A close high school
buddy of mine went AWOL and was living and working in Ontario, across
the Detroit River. The FBI knew that, and wanted my assistance in
"tricking" him to come to Detroit for lunch so he could be arrested. The
next time we had lunch, I told him what the FBI wanted me to do, and we
had a laugh about it. Oh, that lunch was at a restaurant in Windsor. He
knew better than to come over the bridge into Detroit. After the general
pardon, he became a Canadian citizen. We caught up in person last summer
in New Haven.
