How long before the incisions heal enough to get wet? That would make
me nuts.

No, don't need one. I'll be out of all the wrapping by next Monday. Back in the boot. Then I'll be
able to get it wet.

Rule of thumb is1 day after stitches are removed.

That would be my answer also. As long as the stitches are in they
provide a pathway for infectious bacteria to enter.
