![]() .... across the nation are lowering the cost of electricity service in response to the lowering of their tax rates. Amazing what a little competition pressure can accomplish. Meanwhile, as the economy continues to improve, the stock market sets records almost every day, companies are raising wages and paying bonuses, the progressive liberals continue with: "Russia, Russia, Russia", "Resist, Resist, Resist", "Impeach, Impeach, Impeach". At some point they are going to have to accept the fact that despite his strange ways, Trump and is policies are having a very positive affect on the country. |

The average residential electric customer might see a tax drop of $2 to $3 a month...which likely will be more than offset by increases in electric rates. |

No Harry, it's a price (rate) drop. Our electric supplier (Eversource) had announced a rate increase last year to take effect this month. They just announced that the increase is cancelled and a rate *decrease* will be instituted instead. |

Said starting salary was "$8.25-$9.25/hour". After watching some MSNBC anti-WalMart bull**** about their low wages, I was surprised no one has commented on Safeway's low wages. Maybe 'cause it's a union shop? |
