Hillary remembers every meeting with the Russians because they ****ed her in all 3 holes every time. Her SoS record was marked with disaster after disaster. Most we are still dealing with. |

None of them seem to be about the allegations of election collusion with the Russians and that is what Mueller was supposed to be investigating. What in the hell does a 12 year old one night stand with a prostitute have to do with anything? (even if it was a "freebie") Are you again suggesting that if in the course of investigating one set of allegations, evidence of other crimes are discovered, those other crimes should be ignored? As I said a fishing expedition. And, again, it isn’t the sex...it’s the coverups and the possible violations of laws right before an election. Try to keep up, eh? That is a pretty thin beef. All Cohen has to say is, IF there was any political motivation at all, it was to help the GOP as a whole (house seats, senate seats etc.) There is no limit to what you can contribute to a party or a cause. Just look at the millions Steyer is spending right now to help democrats. If he wants to screw stormy in the legal sense, he just presses blackmail charges. Most people are going to be less than forthcoming in a blackmail case since they have to reveal the object of the blackmail that they were paying to hide. Oh...I forgot, you went to law school, too. ![]() your expertise... I don't have to be Clarence Darrow to understand the glaring loopholes in the campaign finance laws, as long as you say it is just party building. All you need to do is look at what Steyer is doing right now. He has admitted he will spend 10-20x what Stormy got, just to try to swing the mid terms and get a Democrat house so they will impeach Trump. Let's see. Steyer is spending his own money and as far as I know isn't accepting contributions, and he is up front about what he is doing. So, what laws do you think Steyer is misusing? Cohen was using his own money too and I don't think either of them are breaking the campaign finance laws. There is a huge loophole that allows just about anything that does not show up as an ad, advocating a single candidate. It will be very easy for Cohen to say he was worried that bad Trump news would affect the turnout and the down ballot races ... assuming they can make any election connection at all. At the end of the day, we still have to remember it was Stormy and her lawyer that picked the timing, along with the media that made the offers to her. The only question is whether Trump/Cohen would have paid before he announced and his track record of paying hush money seems to say he would have. |
