It properly takes a period, as in et al.Â* What any of that has to do with the fact that an adviser to the Repubs stepped down because of a sexual assault charge is beyond my understanding. It is no more confusing that Clinton saying he gave Paula Jones $830,000 for an assault he was innocent of and Teddy copping a plea to leaving the scene of an accident without admitting there was a girl drowning in the car when he ran away. Yawn. We're talking today, and about the candidacy of a guy with a possible lifetime appointment and his facilitators. Why are the standards different? Sexual assault is sexual assault regardless of who committed it. Involuntary manslaughter is involuntary manslaughter regardless of who committed it. Involuntary Manslaughter is what happened when he drove off the bridge. The fact that he was drunk made it felony vehicular manslaughter. When he left the girl drowning in the car and went home without even trying to get help and did not tell anyone until the next day, it became depraved indifference homicide, 2d degree murder. If he was Teddy McGillicutty he would not have been able to plead to simple leaving the scene like he just ran over a mailbox or something. He would have done hard time in a prison. In fairness, Teddy was never charged or convicted of involuntary manslaughter.Â* He copped a plea to avoid it. Fretwell isn't a lawyer, but he plays one in rec.bloats. |

Bringing charges against a Kennedy in Massachusetts is almost as ridiculous as voting against one. I say again If he was Teddy McGillicutty he would have done hard time in a prison. Nobody answered for the death of Mary Jo. She was simply thrown out with the trash. It is not unusual tho. If John F McGillicutty was the captain of PT 109 he would have been court marshaled for insubordination and hazarding a vessel. |

This is more like being a cop and I am as qualified to do that as anyone. The difference is the Kennedys scare the cops up there too. I would not have lasted long as a cop there because I would have drug his hung over ass into the station in cuffs that morning and tried to get a reporter to show up for it. If they really wanted to save lives they would have set up a DUI check point outside the Kennedy compound. They would have needed a bigger jail tho. |
