Tim, thanks for reminding me!

It is sold! Got the check a couple days ago. Should clear without a problem, as I know where the
buyer lives!

And, I actually made a handsome (20%) profit on the sale! Yippee! Surprising what a little effort
can accomplish when it comes to fixing up an older boat.

Don't forget to report the capital gain on next years taxes. You
wouldn't want to end up in the same cell as 'Airree. :-)
