Going on a cruise and visit to New Orleans. Y'all be good.

Tim, take charge!

Have a super great time, John!

This is just too funny. Sadly, New Orleans these days isn't worth a
fly-over. It never recovered after the hurricane disasters, and most of
the best restaurants and shops never re-opened. Tens of thousands of
people have pulled out, never to return. The downtown "tourist" area,
which used to be interesting, if a bit sleazy, is just filthy.

Perfect place for Herring to visit! Maybe a waterfront river rat will
make a meal of him.

You've obviously not been there in a long time. You'd be amazed at how well they've recovered. The
population has almost doubled since Katrina, and is withing 20% of where it was pre-Katrina.

Isn't it uncomfortable to sit in your basement with your head up your ass?

Mother's (twice) and Mr. Ed's Seafood. Didn't make it to Dragos. Mother's was great, Mr. Ed's not
so. The shrimp in the shrimp grits were way over cooked. A complaint got us some great bread pudding
though. After all the eating on the ship, I really wasn't all that hungry anyway. They fed us a
great disembarking breakfast.
