Sec of Navy
As much as the CO of the USS Theodore Roosevelt was at fault for sending out an email to over 25 people on a non-secured server, the acting Secretary of the Navy Thomas Modly is just as guilty of "stupidity" by addressing the ship's crew and calling the CO "stupid". He has since apologized but it's too late. In the audio recording of Modly addressing the crew and admonishing the CO you can hear crew members saying, "Are you ****ting me?" and "what the ****?".
