Honda. And I wouldn't stop at 135 either - I'd get the full 150.

I've always gone with the max rating on my boats over the years (boats
in this category that is) and it always pays off when it's time to
trade or sell the boat.

Honda 150 is over max engine weight. And max wallet weight.
