I have a 34ft steel sloop designed by Alan Buchanan 1965, which has been
undergoing a refit for some years. Major work has been done on the hull, new
steel plates etc. New Volvo engine fitted. Hull treated with epoxy filler
and 4 coats of epoxy primer undercoat. There's a full compliment of sails
and rigging.

Work to be completed is:

The boat has a centreboard which needs refitting, and that requires some
welding.
New woodwork required around cockpit.
Rewiring.
New propellor needed.
Heads re-assembling and partitioning off.
New matresses for the five bunks.
New fuel tank and engine controlls setting up.
Bilge pumps retore.
Top coats and anti foul to hull.
General decorating inside and out.
Shareholder would own half the boat, and pay for completion of refit or at
least help to pay and maybe help with the work. Also share cost of mooring.
