Default Newbie to '76 Mercruiser 3.0L. A few Questions.

Thanks for reading. Here goes. Purchased a 1978 Glastron T-179 a few weeks
ago. Have been having a ball tubing with the kids and tinkering with the
boat. Anyways, I have a few questions.

1) Is there a throttle control for the engine when in neutral? Seems that
a bit more control during warmup and warm startups would be great. All I
can see is the one controller.

2) How much grease do I put into the top grease fitting on my outdrive?
The side ones I was able to grease until I saw new grease oozing out. The
top one just keeps taking grease. How much?

3) What would make my engine cutout switch not move? I know its for
shifting OUT of fwd/reverse but the bracket never moves. It does work as I
am able to stumble the engine if I move it manually. The bracket it's on
never moves. I pulled the cables/bracket apart and its lubricated and free
moving. It appears that the shift cable that it's attached to is at 90% of
the adjustment.

Thats all I can think of. Thanks!
