Ok...at the risk of sounding dumb...why would you care about tides in
Toronto? Here in Halifax, my union brothers gave me a tidal clock as a retirement gift. Very useful in the Maritimes. Each day the local paper prints tide tables for the next day. The instructions said to set it up on a full moon and it should stay accurate. Tim G. wrote in message om... Can someone tell me the lunitidal interval for Toronto so I can set my Casio watch? |

I spent a lot of time on Lake O as a kid and have seen the water level rise over a foot in less than 30 minutes, as a frontal system comes in from the west. |

Yeah, when we moved up here and the Bay became a fishing venue for me, I was really surprised at how small the tides were, compared to NE Florida. -- Email sent to is never read. |

Maybe there's a reason for that. Here's the phone number of the Rochester NY
Coast Guard. Maybe someone there can help you: 585-342-4140 "Tim G." wrote in message m... Hey, it's for my watch...and Toronto isn't listed in the manual. www.rightonblog.com |
