mast steps - fastep?
 

Hi
i'm looking for solutions to going up the mast when rigged.
found these (whilst looking for rivets)

they look a lot like a shop shelf bracket that slip into two holes each.
doe anyone have any experience with them re ease of use, wind noise from
holes in mast, drilling holes in mast without filling them with a rivet or
screw for that matter

or has someone found a better mast steps/ladder system for use while
rigged.
