If you've read some of my previous posts, you may know that I've been
trying to find an economical trailerable displacement hull cruiser to do mainly river and canal cruising. I used an old Venture 25 last summer and it worked fine but it was just too cramped. We are going to sail Lake Champlain with the Venture for a few weeks early next summer and then run some rivers and lakes in August. Maybe some combination of the Tom Bigby and TennTom (sp) We're still cussin' and discussin' this one. Any insight or literature suggestions appreciated. BTW, I stumbled over this site a few days ago and it's worth a look if you are looking for a used boat. It lists a huge number of boats. Unfortunately, I'm trying to find a Nimble to look over and haven't found one yet. http://www.yachtworld.com |
